After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Canada & United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

From time to time, Mecctek may offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package.

If you do not receive tracking information within a few days, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Mecctek is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Mecctek is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
